Shipping policy

All parcel shipments are sent via UPS, and all pallet shipments can ship with various carriers but automatically include a lift gate. Shipping times vary based on location. Contact wholesale@v-dog.com if you have questions about shipping or you shipment was damaged or lost in transit.
